I’m always nervous about concrete work, because if the crew isn’t careful, you end up with patches of concrete all over your grass. That wasn’t the case here. If you choose them, I do not think you will regret it and we will be using them in the future for our concrete needs. We had a fantastic experience with CCC and I would recommend them to anyone. They extend our current stamped concrete patio with a 15' * 25' stamped and color-matched slab that we are thrilled with. The team was efficient and careful, bringing in special boards to protect our yard during the soft conditions and proper preparation to keep concrete off our house and pool that flank the job site. Beyond the project, CCC identified the previous contractor's mistake and took corrective action to extend the saw joint from the new patio through the existing patio to both match and ensure the existing patio aged properly. They then went above and beyond; the team also corrected a block of sidewalk from the driveway to the house and a small corner of the driveway in front of the garage that had ugly, substantial cracking and included this additional work for free.

Let me start by saying that this process has been burdensome because several other companies either never responded or were no-shows. Not only did Cincinnati Custom Concrete show up, they perfectly did what my husband and I wanted them to do! Our patio, although not fancy, is exactly what we wanted-a large space for grilling, swinging, and relaxing (and hopefully some day, holding a hot tub!). Any time I spoke with Joe, he was professional, courteous, and listened; furthermore, he checked on the progress as well as made sure we were pleased with the final product. When the guys were here working, they were considerate of our property and kept me informed of what they were doing. The best part is, they came back to do some finishing touches even after the job was done and paid.
